Dilip’s focus is on building a high performance team that can not only deliver to customer’s expectations but also exceed them in every single engagement. One of his favorite management books is “Employees First, Customers Second” as he truly believes that happy and motivated employees lead to delighted customers. Prior to founding Serendebyte a few years ago, Dilip was at Cognizant where, as head of BPM Practice – Americas, he built the largest BPM and CRM services organization globally. His track record includes nearly 25 years of experience in problem solving and consulting, solution delivery, large scale program management and Business Unit management. He is frequently called upon by clients to help them define their BPM and CRM roadmaps. Dilip holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences, Pilani, India and a post-graduate degree in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. While Dilip loves to spend time with his family, his one seemingly unattainable goal is to learn Karate from his wife who is a martial arts instructor. He divides his time between Serendebyte’s offices and client sites in US and India.
Charlie drives success of Serendebyte’s customers in Healthcare, Telecom, Retail and Hospitality industries. As a customer success executive, his primary responsibility is to ensure his customers get what was promised and more. He works closely with his customers to understand their business goals, create and align a technology roadmap with the business goals and oversee successful execution of the roadmap. His strengths lie in clearly understanding business problems and projected business benefits and deliver optimal time to value solutions. He is a big proponent of “Do it right the first time” philosophy. Charlie has over 15 years of experience in business consulting, IT service delivery and driving successful business outcomes. Before joining Serendebyte, Charlie has had an eclectic career. Fresh out of college, he and a friend founded Lasso Technologies, a SAAS company that grew quickly from having a few small clients to being acquired by Ellie Mae, a mortgage software vendor. In 2007, he stumbled upon Pega and never looked back. In most of his Pega career, he has focused on building solutions using quick iterative models and delivering quick business wins. Charlie was born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. He currently lives there with his wife and daughters. His mission in life is to prove that you don’t have to be from the south to make great barbecue.
Boopathy is responsible for delivery and competency building across our Pega portfolio. Based in Chennai, India, he manages all our Pega projects. He has close to 15 years of experience in Global IT services delivery and consulting. He has spent the last 10 years of his career sharpening and building his expertise in designing complex, high volume Pega based solutions across financial services and insurance industries. Prior to joining Serendebyte, he cut his teeth by working for IT services giants like Cognizant and Tata. His strengths lie in training and mentoring of project teams and pushing them to deliver their best. Boopathy has graduated with B.E in Computer Science Engineering. He is an ardent follower of cricket and never thinks twice to test his bowling skills if provided with the right opportunity.
Praveen is responsible for building our portfolio of Intellectual Property assets, which include solution accelerators as well as productivity toolkits. He is constantly looking at how best to optimize solutions to customers by building reusable assets. Praveen has 15 years of experience in design, architecture and delivery of BPM solutions to customers. His strengths lie in conceptualizing solutions and providing technical coaching to his teammates. Prior to Serendebyte, he has had successful and highly productive stints at Cognizant, CSC and other large system integrators. As a certified Pega Lead System Architect, he is at his best when he conducts deep dive technical discussions with his team. Praveen lives in Chennai with his wife and two boys. He is a passionate foodie and spends his spare time trying out different cuisines.
